Lose weight in 3 months

Hi, I am new here and so far on my own I have lost 3 stone. Ever since by dad passed away 2 years ago I have put on weight which made me just over 18 stone. When I looked at the scales, I hated myself for weighing so much at such a young age. I have lost nearly 3 stone which makes me just over 15 stone now. In 3-4 months I am finally meeting my friend from Wales and I want to lose the minimum of 3 stone by then. This has taken a lot of courage for me to post and any help is really appreciated. Firstly congratulation on losing 3 stones. Its easy to lose when you are heavy. Try to eat clean diet no junk foods and lots of water. Do workout for at least 1 hour every day. Also take enough rest after workouts. Do weight training 2 or 3 times a week. Do HIIT workout 2 times a week.

Most important of all is sleep 8 hours every night. Do small changes in lifestyle so that you will keep losing weight. First start correcting your diet but don't over do it. substitute junk food with salad/ nuts / chicken (boiled / grilled) / fish. You can do it even if might be impossible for others.
