What was your worst experience with weight loss 'quick fixes'?

hi,i joined weight watches 5 weeks ago and i have lost 17lbs,its just what you eat quite simple really ie poached egg on toast, lunch w/w ready meal,dinner chicken steak or what ever and no sugar and sweet things biscuits ect works for me now i have gotten used to saller portions and i feel much better but you have to stick to it
