Hi I am 23 years old female. I'm actually only a 12 Kg weight loss diet. I am 5'6 & weight 66 kgs. It's basically my thighs and hips which are the problem area. Hips measuring 42 cm and my goal is 36 cm. I have just started doing 10 surya namaskar daily along with yoga, step ups, running staircases and a 45 min brisk walk every eve. I want to know that is it okay to have a cheese slice before I go for my walk in the eve , as the body requires proteins ? Or shall I not have it as it would become a hurdle in loosing my inches ? I have to reach my goal by next 3 months. Will I be able to ?
