Hi, my age is 33 & my height is 5.11 ft. my weight is around 114 kgs. how can i reduce it at the earliest.

I am on the medicine for epilepsy problem from last 6-7 years & i put on weight after an severe accident for which i got operated twice in 3 years period.

It's going to take some time. First of all start exercising. If you say that you have gained weight after an accident then the reduced mobility / metabolism might be to blame. Start small and persevere everyday. Even 30 minute walks every day help. peerdiagnosis.com/how-to-ge...

Next I suggest looking into your diet and reducing fats.
