I try so many exercises and diet plan from time to time but I am not continue with these. I dont get that much will power to do so. Or you can say I am very lazy to get up early in the morning. no need to wake up early morning you can walk at evening time.. or you can just do one thing try to stand up when u are watching T.V or talking to someone at home.... this will helps u..... even I have one program which helps to loose wight with better health...
there are some weekly habits which you should follow.
24 hours water fasting twice or thrice in a week.(Find Dr. jason fung videos about fasting in youtube.)
4 or 3 days exercise in week. exercise should include strength training and endurance training(lift weights for strength and do cardio or running for endurance)
Do not eat processed food and eat less sugar. don't drink juice or soup(eat fruits and vegetables).
remember fasting is most important.
