first of all learn to love yourself. accept the way you look, accept the way your body looks. Then start working out for healthier you. may it be weight loss or any other thing related to you. Pamper yourself the most. And tell yourself every day, that "I am the best, I am Handsome / I am Beautiful and going to be better day by day".
