hi, u can start exercising regularly for 30 mins(brisk walking or jogging) and keep a watch on high calorie foods(ghee sweets, deep fried snacks,chocolates,pastries etc), include more veggies n fruits. Green tea is good for health(without sugar,otherwise u may add extra calories!).
your lifestyle might have changed may be youhave a sitting job. follow my tips given on the blogs. if u have a full time sitting job, get inbetween, say after a regular interval of an hour or so, take a walk around. cut off fast food, junk food. stick to indian home made food. do 30 minutes walk. take stairs wherever possible. pls don't go on crash diets, don't skip meals, neither go for any meal replacement suppliments.
eat healthy and loose weight. if recently u have put on few kgs, it won't take much hard to loose, if u religiously follow my blog.
