Hi, regular exercise along with balanced diet is a healthy way of reducing weight. Any shortcut method may bring new health issues. U have to adopt a plan for weight management which u can follow forever! Eat wisely(less of high calorie food) and let exercise become a habit. Weight reduction takes time!
