Most important thing is discipline, if you have that in your routine and u r focussed to weight loss it can happen, its not an overnight battle..
Stay focused and don't start doing lot of things and end up soon.. take atleast 6 months target and then use the following tips, these have proven to be a boon to me.. lost 12 kgs in 8 months..
1) Yoga
2) Brisk Walk start with one km get on to 5-7 kms a day within 60-70 mins
3) start consuming aloe-vera, in form of juice or you can eat the pulp directly prefer raw, it increases metabolism rate
4) A cup of green tea three times a day
5) Take breakfast in good quantity and prefer food rich in fibre like oats
6) Fruits everyday
7) Say no to tea, coffee, bread, smoking, alcohol, and products with high content of fat
8) keep chewing gum with you always and whenever you crave for something start chewing those..
9) stay happy, enjoy, there are many who love you even with that fat....do not torture urself and stay hungry or over work.. it will go..
