are fat burner's safe to have for reducing weight??

blood group of mine is A+ plz suggest sum good diet or any remedy to get rid of extra weight . i m nt a regular exercising person.

fat burner is not at all safe.

People use it when weight loss reaches a plato. However moment you would start using fat burner your appetite would increase. If u controll it you might face headache. So I wont recommend it.

However there are no side effects as such because of those tablets.

They work on simple priciple of bumping your bmr.

Its not true that Fat burners will increase appetite...Infact most of fatburners reduce appetite as long as u use it..if you stop you body back to normal..and yes most of the best selling fatburners working on principle of increasing body heat, BMR also heart rates. These are stim products and there are some non stim natural products too but no effective. Since it raises the heart rate there is a chance of increase in BP also some nervous changes to the body...create anxiety, sweating etc..
