yes this is a problem .but don't think so much that can be control and reduce your wt by some diet plan and exercise and cheak your thiroid profile .

HI, START EXERCISING(WALKING) REGULARLY. ONCE U NOTICE THE CHANGE,THAT ITSELF WILL BECOME A GREAT MOTIVATION. KEEP HEALTHY SNACKS READY, LIKE DRY FRUITS N NUTS. U HAVE TO TAKE THE DECISION NOT TO EAT HIGH CALORIE FOODS. DO NOT BE DEPRESSED, U MAY EAT MORE, WEIGHT REDUCTION TAKES TIME.
start with small meals 5-6 times a day.
make it a habit to eat different coloured fruits like jamun, apple, papaya,orange, guava.
Avoid processed food, canned juices, fried stuff and all sweets
Increase protein and fibre intake.
DISCIPLINE
Exercise daily for mn 15 minutes, twice a day.
