how you gain weight? like that only you can reduce it. but if you really want healthy weight loss, it is possible @ 1 kg per week. serious people can loss 5 to 6 kg and it all depend upon the person following the weight loss program. 'the balanced cellular nutrition food program' is the best option for healthy weight loss.
