Summer.... is it the best time to loose weight..!!!!!

Sweat Is Fat CRYING!!!!!!................we all believe in this saying but its summertime friends we need to be cautious enough to make sure that our body takes the best advantage of this time and dosen't gets damaged....just would like to share a few which I have read on professional blogs or some of my friends who are into marathon running follow to make sure there body is not dehydrated.... nothing new drink a lot of water its summertime enjoy fruits & veggies like cucumber, watermelon etc etc ...u wud have heard it a lot.... now something that shud be shared .......drink water or glucose while exercising aswell...coz we fatty guys & gals do exercise which is mostly cardio and we loose a lot of water doing that and it can cause dehydration.....drink glucose if u can....through cardio exercise we loose a lot of potassium from our body thru sweat ...wud advice u to eat two banana before exercise as it will give ample energy for an hour exercise and also will cover the potassium loss.....dont drink packed juices as they contain corn which is added for sweetness and it gives a large amount of energy to the body which if not burnt thru exercise turns into fat...eat fruits rather then juices....and also make sure u eat fruits empty stomach or after 2-3 hrs from main meal coz if u eat fruits after meal they get mix up with the oils and spices of meal and cant be well utilized by body...make sure u eat something healthy before exercise as it gives u energy to push your body over limits and also helps your liver.....its summer guys indeed u can sweat more and loose more...but sweating just sitting without ur air conditioners wont help get up and raise and move ur legs ....

Thanks a lot of these infos. but is this good to drink glucose water for us I mean to say for a fatty person. As I heard that glucose water turns into fat later on.

True!! that is the reason i wrote during exercise as you will burn glucose there n then....and glucose will give u ample energy to carry onn with ur exercise :)
