The weight is gain by body is always through Unbalance food habits, A normal office working person need to intake only 1600-1800 Kcal/per day through meals. but in our daily life the amount of tea we take that accounts more than the cal we need in really. One must follow Food chart-

1 Break fast should contain - 250 Kcal

2. Lunch should contain 400 kcal

3. Dinner should Contain- 400 Kcal

The total energy you intake is 1050 kcal Remaining will be Extract from your body fat which will result for the weight loss at fastest way.

Avoid taking Rice,and sweats,Icecreem ctc. Eat least carbohydrates and more PROTINES..

  • well, sir I am a post graduation student, and even my routine is just sitting and attending lectures. Can u plz, suggest a proper diet chat..d kind of food to be taken.

    And one more thing,Indian coffee and tea is my weakness, I have tried hard.. but unable to leave.. is it vry important to leave that??
