Welcome :) find out what motivates you!

I like to weigh myself everyday weekday, its not recommended to but it works for me

I find programmes like secret eaters and embarrassing bodies quite motivational too

I like small goals - my next will be to reach bmi 28 currently 28.3!

I really enjoy walking to work its exercise and it has a purpose - I bought my self a charm for my bracelet using the petrol money

well ive been going to a weekly weigh in at work but have also bought a set of scales so i can see the effects different times of the day bloating etc has on my weight weighing myself before and after i go to the toilet is a surprising change !!!! helps me feel better about the weigh in maybe not being as positive as id hoped as different things can alter your weight. Ive been struggling to eat as many calories as i should as ive been a starver all my days i never stick to a food or exercise regime and whilst i eat healthy ive always in the past maybe managed one meal per day and starved the rest of the day even trying to drink enough fluids is proving difficult !!! im noticing this week that eating a seed mix as soon as i arrive in work(8am about 2hours after i get up) about 30g worth then about 9/930 granola and natural low fat yoghurt in the morning taking in about 350-400cal is really making me feel energetic and helping the body do what the body does best, ive been taking in 4 pieces of fruit to snack on and for lunch ive been bad and having a packet of lidl cheap brand chicken noodles for lunch with about a dozen cherry tomatoes for a sweet treat and then snakcing on the fruit in the afternoon and coming home to whatever delights my bf has been cooking, had a wonderful aubergine curry with wholemeal pitta this week, chicken wrapped in bacon with veg have been really tasty and not a hint of wanting to snack my diet has never been so varied albeit the noodles havent been great but convenient and has reduced my carb intake to half of what my wholemeal sandwhiches were

next week im hoping to try be a little more adventurous and try some humous dishes and quorn :) variety is definately high on my list at the minute and bringing in my own meals isnt just making me feel better its saving me £8 a day from canteen crap !!!
