My activity/exercise is mainly Callisthenics. I've devised a 10-15 minute routine before I go to bed but I don't think I'm anywhere near the 10,000 steps that are recommended. I'm going to go into town tomorrow with my girls and I think I'm going to buy a pedometer. It might help me to keep "activity".
I'm averaging 1374 calories per day (Fat 47g, Carbs 190g, Protein 49g) Is the mix right? I don't know (might post this as a question in the "question" section) ... I enjoy cooking so I'm trawling through the BBC Good Food website for some low calorie well balanced recipes... I'll post any that I try and think are worth sharing...
I'm generally happy with how things are going, the only thing I'm missing is the extra fluids. Not alcohol or fizzy drinks but fruit juices, squash & cups of tea. I've been an avid water drinker since year so that's no different, it's the fact the other drinks I love to have regularly throughout the day, have calories that'd probably take me over my daily allowance but at the moment (3 days in) it's a compromise I'm happy to make.
