Well Ive been healthy eating and increasing my physical activity over the past 5 days and im feeling so much more energy and having no cravings am starting to enjoy natural food more :)

Hi k66brj06,

I found my tastes changed quite quickly too.

I now really just couldn't face some of the meals I would have tucked into - indeed relished - at the beginning of this year.

But that is really what it's all about - changing things around.

Particularly the things that led you to be overweight in the first place. Because if you don't change them, then you'll just carry on gaining weight.
