Just found this weightloss programme by mistake....I was going to join WW or SW and this if free! Determined to loss weight as I have just been diagnosed with high blood and I am devastated ... Ialways thought it was older people that had it!

Walking is a very effective weight loss activity Yelenots. If you want try something else, NHS Choices has got a free 5-week gently exercise plan called Strength and Flex. It's for complete beginners and helps to build up your fitness gradually (and there's no running involved!)
Thank you for that! I have downloaded the 1st exercise plan and have just tried it (before the kids come home!) Think I'll have to stick with walking though, as recently I had a shoulder operation and its still sore
