Smart goal for 2025

I've set my self a goal to walk 100km a month on the gym.

Tracking 20/100 for Jan so far

Finished week 1 of thr couch to 5k program

I have also started reading reboot with joe cross and started experimenting on juicing vegetables. To eat/ drink good health.

Hi Tabbycat,Apologies for the delay. I was on vacation and back now.

I had no specific intention. Goal was to lose some weight and get fit. Couch to 5k was a means to the end.

Just joined this group to keep myself accountable to a group for my weigh ins. I engage using my mobile device which does not give the best user experience of the site. I am yet to discover my way round this site. Happy to join other groups if they are beneficial.
