I've been on a mission losing weight and now I can see the progress and so can others I've lost 22lbs in 12 weeks now I'm losing 2lbs every week. I'm eating healthy and doing 15000 steps a day I try to go for a walk every day I'm also doing my local park run on a Saturday morning done 5 upto now and each time I go I'm getting faster.

that is fantastic well done. It is the best feeling when not only others (which is always pleasing) but you can feel / see for yourself all your hard work paying off. Keep up the good work.

Well done! 🥳 The only time I seem to be able to fit in that many steps every day is when I'm on holiday. I can't stay on holiday forever! 🤣Really pleased for you that you're reaping the rewards and feeling and seeing the benefits. It's such a great motivator. 🥳
