I am type 2 diabetic and on ozempic. Has anyone had adverse effects or symptoms when they first started taking it?

Hello and welcome to the forum, Jeanniemargaret :)

It's not something I have experience with but there may be some forum members who can share their experience with ozempic. There are certainly members with type 2 diabetes, and those who have reversed it by a change of diet.

You'll find all our forum activities by following this link healthunlocked.com/weight-l... Have a look through them all so you don't miss anything, and then join in as much as you can: starting with the daily diary and weigh in would be a good start.

Onwards and downwards :)

was fine until I hit the 1mg point then nauseous 24/7. I stopped using. Went to Phentermine.

I am on two lower doses for 8 weeks until I start 1 mg so I'm hoping the nausea passes thanks for your reply

If you have nausea on the lower dose don’t think it will get better at 1mg. Made me wonder just what it was doing to me. Glad I quit it. Of course phentermine will give you a heart attack.
