Are those M and M’s ? Your last post said you were stuck with either no loss or a gain . I would do 3 good meals at day and see if it makes a difference. Even a 100 cal treat once a day can obviously goes to 700 per week just on a very broad and basic calorie count ? I know I have be be strict .
