I had day surgery on a breast lump yesterday. Prior to my surgery I wanted to be in my best shape physically and mentally to help me recover. I think that even in uncertain times there’s a lot we can do to help ourselves. Staying positive and focusing on how we recover. Today I don’t have any pain in my affected area despite being a little tired. I’m limited in what I can do physically for a couple of weeks, but I’m here and the future is bright. Let’s be grateful for what we have 🫶🏻❤️‍🩹
