I think they are the most gorgeous treat, but the high sugar content means once I start, I couldn’t stop at four!
Depends what you are eating with them . As a snack - 54g average of sugar .A teaspoon of sugar has about 16 g of sugar so if someone put at least 3 spoons of sugar in your hot drink ? We all have our go to 'treats' . If this is yours then I would then look at the rest of my sugar content for that day . Accepted fibre , minerals but when I have read some of your other posts where you say you are maintaining but struggling to shift anymore - look at your snacks and try and keep to just 3 meals a day for at least a month as you say you do exercise . It is amazing how these little snacks add up and become addictive but some of us need a coping mechanism - sadly though these can become habit . Share the box and don't buy every shopping trip.
If you put them with something four should be fine. I only use them instead of sugar and make a good oat muffin with them in.

Hi Rusty15,Apologies it has taken me so long to post this:
200g oats
400g soya milk
6 Dates chopped and soaked in some of the milk (warmed)
4 tblsp of seeds
I added some chickpea flour but, you can add an egg.
You could increase the dates and lower the seeds amount if you wish.
This made me 8 muffins
