Hello,

My name is Yiorgos (or George) and I've just moved to UK with my family from Greece, where I was born, grew up and grew fat for the first 28 years of my life.

I'm fed up with being fat - and now I weigh over 140kg, totally need to lose this weight.

The first thing to say is that everyone here is, or has been on their own weight loss journey, and we are here to help each other along the way. Everyone has their own individual experiences and we approach weight loss using different plans, but what we all do the same is support each other.

The best way to make the most out of that is to join in.
