Hi everyone. How are you all. I haven't posted in a while due to my course. I finished it recently. I will be taking a bit more of a break and then I hope to come back sometime. I am staying around the 16 stone mark which is good. I am mostly maintaining but I hope to be losing it soon. I try and get as close to 10,000 steps a day for at least 5 days in the week which seems to be helping me maintain.
