Hi everyone hope you have had a good week.
I know it caused a bit of a lively debate last week after I posted about the eat fat get thin diet question. None the less I made a start and am overwhelmed to report a 9lb loss in a week without feeling hungry!
It's not everyones cup of tea ( or black coffee with butter lol) and I was as sceptical as the next person but I wanted rapid results and boy did I get them!
Down.to the next stone bracket for the first time in years and feeling mega motivated at the moment. Just about to start week 7 of C25k too which I would highly recommend. ....if I can do it anyone can. I am officially a runner now too!
