I have never followed any weight loss plan just tried to eat healthy & stay fit ( brisk walks x 3 weekly & gym 3 x weekly) I have put weight on during lockdown & let my regime slip but, now I am back with my usual workout. I have started on slimfast 321 diet plan so I know the definite calories I am consuming my fit bit app tells me how many calories I burn etc... I have been on this plan for 2 weeks the first week I lost 2lb this week nothing, at 5ft 1in I feel like a dumpling (11st) I am now aged 72 & feel fit.

We are all here at different stages on our journey and it's never really finished, because it's not about losing weight, it's about living healthier life and looking after ourselves.
