So, after yesterday's success in the kitchen and my son promising to make a friend a lemon drizzle cake for tomorrow , I decided to tag on a lemon polenta cake into the mix! Thought I may as well while he was zesting lemons anyway 😂

Wheat free, vegan and sugar free and yummy 😋
