Hi I am new to this community but not to hul. I joined this community after losing 60 pounds in 2 years. Hard work watching what I eat and supplements. I worked at a supplement store and learned about what works and what doesn't.

I am willing to help anyone with opinions

I do like all the bcca and a few other to keep the metabolism up
