So today I’ve downloaded the NHS weight loss app, weighed and measured myself 😳, joined a forum (which is a first) and I’m on my way to to a slimmer, healthier 2021 🤞. There’s very little any of us can control at the moment, but at least I can take control of this. I really need to lose around 2 stone to be in a healthy weight range. I look forward to reading all of your posts and advice. Here we go 😀

Hi Lytham. Thanks for the invite. I’ve been trying to work out how to join a weigh in group, but I’d like to weigh in on a Sunday as that’s the day I started this. Do you know how I find the Sunday weigh in group? Thanks
