Tried and tested.

I added butter and found that 50mls of cream was too much and too sweet on top of the butter. But a really nice soup that I'll definitely make again. It's easy and quite mess-free as well... thought it was worth a post :)

It doesn't make much.. It'd be worth considering doubling up the quantities.

I was worried it'd be under flavoured as there don't seem to be many ingredients but it's full of flavour
