Well Jo you won't be alone here. I think others have responded in a similar way. You're right though, we have no idea how long this is going to go on, so now is the time to make the changes :)

So what is your plan?

I've joined team body project. I saw the free videos on YT. They look fab. There are 100s on there website when you join up. They vary so much for all levels. So starting in the morning. Plan is to get this lardy body moving

I am assuming that this is exercise? Great that they have something for everybody :)

So that is one part of your journey sorted out, so do you still need to think about your eating plan?

How about making a commitment to join the Wobble Warriors Weigh In again tomorrow - it would be a good support net work for you :)

Yep food an issue too. Not actually my meals. I cook and my meals are quite healthy. Its the constant snacking biscuits, cake, Crisps etc that is the problem. We rarley eat out and a takeaway is a treat.

Weigh in is a definate

You know what to do then, get all the 'goodies' out of the house!

Why not try using the Daily Diary for a few weeks. You may find that putting it in writing for all to see helps you to stick to it. I am rebooting at the moment and find the Daily Diary really helps :)

Hello Sally, we haven't seen you around for a while :)

I'm wondering if you're still on a weight loss journey, or if you are now maintaining?

Sally12345y profile image

I'm still careful with what I eat and follow an 80/20 mindset, I've found Intermittent fasting works best for me, thank you for asking x

Well I'm doing okay I've been on low crab high fat eating plan since may and I've tried so many diets in my life time this is the first one that's worked it's amazing. I have a lot of weight to lose my goal is 10 stone then I will see how I feel but I will still be over weight. For me it's a life style change. Do you know what type of diet you want to do or start.🌺🍃

It's great that you're addressing things - the fitness videos sound great, I'm going to look them up tomorrow! I am very similar in that my meals are often healthy but it's the binging that lets me down. By the end of August, it had become extreme (in my opinion) and I felt out in control. I found that writing it all down on this forum really helped, along with the support and guidance, and I haven't binged or attacked the snacks for 5 weeks. Good luck with the week ahead, I'm sure you can do it!

The videos are good. All ha e them have a low or high option, depending in your fitness level. I have chose to spend my mo ey on them opposed to a weight loss group. I know what to do food wise

Personally, I'm getting really upset about the number of people who are turning up here feeling depressed and overweight as a consequence of "lockdowns". TPTB don't seem to have factored this sort of thing into their It's All For Your Own Good calculations.

Anyway, I see you used to be a member of the LCHF forum and dropped out. Are you interested in giving it another go? Lytham is running another of her famous Challenges there.

I did do LC and it worked but I had horrendous toilet issues ( or lack of them) I tried everything people suggested but could not solve the issue. So I stopped

The best thing is to add spinach in to your diet every day and it will help your toilet issues it really dose work a treat I use the frozen spinach it’s so much cheaper than the fresh 🍁🍁
