I have suffered from tumours, multiple joint and skeletal injuries. For a long time I have used this as an excuse not to exercise more. The more weight I gained the more it hurt to exercise so less I did. My stotic friend here stood on someone's rubbish fly tipped and it drove a nail into her foot. I had to selfie this moment as it felt like she was giving me encouragement to do more.

That beats my puppy licking my ear into a cocked hat Just wanted to say that I lost my excess weight without any change to normal physical routine so extra exercise did not contribute to the loss. I followed advice by TheAwfulToad and others about trying LCHF lower carbs higher fats and it has worked brilliantly for me. I'm now loving eating butter, cream, full fat milk again so a big thank you to your friend with the licky tongue. Toad has just posted a four week starter plan somewhere on this website which might be worth you taking a look at. Good luck!
