Covid and gym
I gave up gym membership years ago, I just wasn’t going anymore. What is nice about a gym, is if you can have an expert tailor a routine for you, on the machines. Or if you find a class you enjoy, as the live instructor is motivating.
If you want to do more exercise, you can just go for a daily, walk or try something like “couch25K“, plus there are plenty of exercise videos on YouTube or at the local library (if it is open).
There is also a HealthUnlocked group called Strength and Flex, where there is a Pinned Post with examples of home workouts people have tried.
Good luck with making a decision 😊
As long as you eep to social distancing, and are looking after your diet and general health I wouldn't worry about it. Although all the PCR testing is showing up a lot of 'cases', it is very likely that many of those have only mild symptoms, and will shake it off like any bad cold (which is what a corona virus is). Very few of the serious cases have been in young or middle aged people.
