Well guys thanks for all the support. We loved the gym.

The fitness instructor that gave us our induction was lovely and very helpful and informative.

He showed us 5 machines and said we've to focus on them for two weeks to get used to the gym.

Then we've to book an appointment with him and he'll help us with a workout programme.

Thank you guys so much xx

I hope you have a nice healthy and nutritious lunch planned!

Glad you had a good experience at the gym! A bad experience with something like that can really put you off, so it's fantastic you had such a good time.

Good luck! :)

A positive experience like that must give you a real boost. Enjoy your spells in the gym. I'm sure the satisfaction you get will be a real motivator.👏👏👏

So pleased you enjoyed the Gym. I love it, but I know it is not for everyone.

I hope you have had a chance to find the Challenges on this Forum - they are in the pinned posts. You might enjoy having a go at the Get Moving Challenge, where you record active minutes each week, with the aim of achieving the recommended 150 minutes each week.

And if the rowing machine is a piece of equipment you are using, we would love another Paddler in our Paddlers' Club.

So pleased for you V3rronicaa! I started this time last year and found it made all the difference to improving my shape and helping me not to overeat. It's a great de stresser so if you've found a good instructor that's brilliant. Good luck 🏃‍♀️😊
