Out and About

I went for a lovely long walk (about 7.5 miles) in the Chiltern Hills with a group of friends yesterday. This is a photo of Pitstone Hill. A beautiful walk with lush green scenery...but my feet ached afterwards! I can report that I didn't succumb to any temptations along the way, except for a large red wine in the pub at the end!

Even though it takes a while for my legs to recover, it was well worth the effort for the scenery and making memories with friends!

Did you know that there is a walking club forum? It's called Health Walk :)
