No, this is the main forum page.

You need to follow the link moreless gave you to Pinned Posts: here it is again healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... Click on that link and you'll find a series of posts - Welcome Newbies, FAQs, Diet Myths and so on. Scroll down till you come to the weigh in. Click on the title, read the opening post, reply to the host (today, it's Sherlock20) giving your weight and any plans, then scroll through the whole post and give a few encouraging words to some of the rest of the team,

DON'T click on Write or you'll be writing a new post, not joining in with the weigh in

Oh goodness, ok I’ll

Give it a try, obviously simple when you know how, daunting when you don’t. Haha thankyou BridgeGirl 🙂

It isn't obvious :) Just keep heading back to Pinned Posts where you can see everything on offer. And make sure you Reply, don't Write :)

How are you getting on? What do you see when you click on that link I gave you? Are you on a phone, tablet or laptop?

Hi 👋🏼 not very well, I’m on iPhone, I’m sorry I don’t understand very well, I don’t even know what I should say. I’m not the most confident of people 🙄 I think I did get to where I was suppose to be but wasn’t sure.

Click on the Pinned Posts link. It gives you a list of 16 posts. The 4th one is today's weigh in.

If you read what everyone else is saying, and if you read what Sherlock20 has written, that will explain. You can write as little or as much as you like. Then you can Reply to some of the others there today, like you've replied to me by clicking on the blue Reply below what I have written. We do that so everyone gets some encouragement :)

This may help, it’s a guide to using the forum on a phone

Alternatively, just keep scrolling down through all the posts on the newsfeed until you find the “Super Sunday Weigh-in”

If you lose the weigh in again the trick is to press Home then look over to the right of the screen. The current day's weigh in post will be there under Pinned Posts.
