As I expect many have in recent months. I have really hit a wall, my motivation seems to come and go. I start the week so well, and by wed/Thurs I feel like crap because I've failed. Mentally its torture. Can anyone recommend ways of dealing with failure or just motivation tips?

The commonest reason for that pattern is not eating enough. You can sustain it for a couple of days and then hunger really kicks in. Then you blame yourself for being weak-willed when really it's just your body answering back - physiology, not psychology.
