I’m a bit of a dinosaur regarding technology and I still have some difficulty navigating my way round this site.
Today I can’t find the weigh-in so I’m going to post my loss anyway.
Start weight 70k
Last week 65.7
Today 65.5
Loss 200g
Total loss 4.5k
Slow but sure! I had a blip at the weekend and my weight loss nearly came to a sticky end but by reading loads of messages I’m back on track thanks to those committed folks who contribute.
Thanks everyone and hope you continue your journey successfully.

Hi Sewneat. I still cant navigate either. Took me awhile to find my way to today's weigh-in so I found your post heartening! Thanks. As you wisely say a loss is a loss. Last week I stayed the same and someone encouragingly pointed out it wasnt a gain. Today is better, We can do this thing!
Thanks for this positive message which came out of the blue just now. I am currently derailed after a really stressful time looking after 2 very active grandchildren while their parents worked at home ( probably my own fault) and I’m trying to get a grip.
I had plateaued for quite a long time and then I put on 2k so quickly because I just couldn’t stop grabbing high carb stuff in the cupboards as I think I was attempting to smooth my feelings. Pure comfort eating which actually does more harm than good.
I’ve managed to lose 300g today after getting back to lchf and a bit of fasting, so all is not lost and I must continue to focus on myself and my diet. I’m pleased with this simple loss and it is spurring me on to do better.
Good luck to you. Keep on the right track and it can be done.
