Biscuits
Hello and welcome, Cynthia-1 😊
I'll say the obvious: if you don't have biscuits in, you won't be eating them
My guess is that you aren't eating enough during the day. Three good meals, following a plan like this, phcuk.org/wp-content/upload... should keep you satisfied and cut out the need for eating between meals.
You'll find all the information you need about the forum in our Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... including a Welcome message, the Daily Diary and the current weigh in: a good place to start is by joining a weekly weigh in on the day of your choice, and using the Daily Diary, where members share their meal plans.
Take your time exploring. This gives you a tour of the forum healthunlocked.com/?tour=tr..., along with Pinned Posts, will show you how things work. I hope you'll become an active member and we will see you joining in around the forum 😊

When I started calorie counting I would go to the shop every day and would buy only what I was planning to eat that evening, as I couldn’t trust myself to not have extra something if it was available. Any other food in the house was not ‘mine’ so it was possible to just leave it there... months later, I’m able to do weekly shop and eat only what’s planned for a day. I hope you will find the way to overpower the pull of those biscuits 😊
Are you getting enough sleep? I have this problem when I don’t sleep enough as I’m trying to make up the energy.
Can you think of something you still like but that is healthier to replace them? Or allow yourself one and then something healthy. I really like almonds if I’m feeling peckish in the evening, but I count them out so I don’t eat too many.
I’m trying dried dates and milk
