Homemade smoothie for breakfast (today’s was kale, blueberries, avocado)
Lunch - garden salad with 100g protein, bowl of grapefruit
Dinner - green beans or broccoli, rice and 80g protein (tonight’s will be chicken)
Drinks are water, lemon hot water, green tea.
We’ll see how it goes!
