Part of my 3 day detox, had with a bowl of pink grapefruit.

Homemade smoothie for breakfast (today’s was kale, blueberries, avocado)

Lunch - garden salad with 100g protein, bowl of grapefruit

Dinner - green beans or broccoli, rice and 80g protein (tonight’s will be chicken)

Drinks are water, lemon hot water, green tea.

We’ll see how it goes!

Whole food, plenty of veggies. ♥ 😋

Why stop after 3 days? Oh, I know! To add in cheese!
