Hi Fizzyliz,
'Jasmine tea' - you've reminded me of my daily pledge to drink my herbal teas - so far I've forgotten all about it until now. I am going to make some ginger tea straight away.
I'll be posting my km results later today.
Catch you later.

Never had sushi !!
š
Hi Fizzyliz,
My results for today are:
9.5km walking.
I think Flossie should try Sushi! It's very nice.
I've had one cup of ginger tea, and it was really good! I'd not tried that type before - it is called 'Settling Ginger' from twinings, and it was really tasty.
Wish I had some Jasmine tea though - so glad we're going to Japan for Sushi and Jasmine tea in the Virtual World where time is crazy!

No sushi for me thanks Liz, but I'm sure I'll find something else yummy to eat
Phew! I don't know how everyone else feels, but this walking, cycling and rowing around the world, complete with a very active social life, is pretty exhausting!
My total for today are:
Walking - 11.2
Cycling - 6.3
Total - 17.5K's
Hi Moreless,
Wow, what great mix and kms you've done today. Really good!

Ooh sushi in Japan with really fresh tuna. My son took me round and made me have some delicious "okonomiyaki" a kind of savoury pancake which is his favourite (not too sure about the spelling). Then he hauled me up Mount Fuji where I did the 19.1 km I clocked up today. We also saw a few temples and took the high speed train back to Tokyo. Talk about punctual. Sake tastes different over here as well, they drink the really good stuff cold. We only get the rubbish, which they drink warm. An interesting country.
Wow! beats the lunch I had
Hi all, I finally went to the Dr and I have bronchitis :/ explains a lot!! I have done 5.3kms today (including a walk to the surgery ) and Ed has done 32.4 - 5.3km steps at work, 5.1k dog walk and 22kms spinning - he also did some weight resistance stuff as he had a 'Fountains of Wayne' moment earlier and is hoping FizzyLiz can arrange Rachel Hunter at the pool later?!? (Poor delusional old fella
)
Happy travels
Oh my gosh Kate, poor you!
You'd be surprised at how persuasive Liz can be when she's after superstars for us Ed may find all his dreams coming true!
Great numbers, as usual
She's in the karaoke box singing a Rod Stewart tune
He's a happy boy
11,746 steps today. Got my marathon badge today!
A supermodel from his misspent youth
Evening all. My niece has promised to teach me how to make veggies sushi so!
I logged 16.21km today -have been really lucky with weather all week.
You call me the exercise Godess?! I do believe that title should be yours!
No you keep the title -I commute 8-10 miles per day on a very good bike through safe flat bike lanes in a bike friendly city so when weather is good I cover lots of k. You are actually making it happen. š
9.87 kms today - can't get to that 10 k sayonara Bee
6 km's.
And I hope you bought plenty of yen for that sushi!
I remember having a meal in the outskirts of Tokyo 15 years ago and for something very basic it cost around $200 a head.
It was our last stop after 6 months of travelling so found were low - I think we survived on street food and crackers for the next few days
