Hi, I'm calorie counting and I use My Fitness Pal app, the free version. I use the diary, its fab as the data base of foods is huge and you can also calorie count your own recipes. I use Slimming World recipe books and I imput all the ingredients, state how may portions and hey presto! All calorie counted.😊 hope this helps 😊

I use the same app. If you use online recipes you can add the link and it will import the ingredients for you. You can adjust the ingredients too.
