How do we aim for the badges?

Hi. Am brand new tonight. I have just started on the NHS 12 wks programme. I decided to do this first day as a normal/typical day just to see what I have been doing … almost 3,000 cals! No wonder I have 7 stones to lose. I think I could use the mush of the badges. Thanks all :-) x

Please see my reply to your other post. When you join the weigh in, you'll see the opening post explains how the weight loss badges work.

If you're going to follow the 12 week plan, go to the NHS BMI calculator which will give a calorie range appropriate to you. Or just follow the Real Food Lifestyle plan I've given you on your other post.

I haven’t thought about doing the calorie counting BEFORE starting the diet. Nice way of understanding the root causes of the problem.
