Hi Everyone, I had my little baby 10.months ago so finally decided to try to lose baby weight plus lockdown weight π
I started at 13.13lb
I'm now 13.6lb
Started 2 weeks ago, Been calorie counting and going on walks/slow jogs on the treadmill
I've just come across this forum and would like to follow your experiences too.
My pre pregnancy weight was 10stone
A dress size 8-10
And I'm currently a size 14.
I'm not putting any pressure on myself
Just trying to go with the flow and lose weight the healthy way π
