So, I haven’t been Keeping up with the daily food diary because I can never find them! Any tips anyone?!?! I’m still on track, not to say I haven’t had a few naughty things but I’m way under my recommended calorie intake and it’s way better than what I was eating before so it’s ok?? I went for my second walk yesterday, didn’t manage as far as last time. I think the first walk I pushed myself a bit too hard as I could barely walk the next few days and the anxiety of the next one being like that hit me. So yesterday I took it steady, but I still went and I’m proud of that!! My partners bought me some walking poles!! Haven’t tried them out yet, and I’m nervous to if I’m honest, but also a bit excited!! Really hoping it’ll help my lower back and offer me a bit of support when I get the dreaded pain. Today I’ve had mushrooms on toast and hunters chicken with roasted veg! Also has a naughty custard slice for pudding and it was delicious! You appreciate everything so much more!

Well done . Take your first few walks with caution.. when you're not used to that kind of exercise it can take y ou by surprise. You don't want to injury yourself as this will delay your goal. It will.also make you cautious about doing it again! That said you also learn by your mistake and will learn.to look.out for yourself. The power poles as I like to call them , will give you a benefit and more confidence to walk more. I wish all the very best on your quest.
Well done SFC,another walk. Take it gently. If it hurts stop. If you have time you could go twice, 2 shorter walks until it gets easier. Take care.
