Am I Over Weight

Age 70

Height 5.5

Weight 7.9

I used to be so under weight 18mths ago

I was like that for years

then I just started putting it on

"Now I can't keep it off"

I walk 2/3 miles every day

Please advice

Also being a loner I do not mix very easy

also get board very easy

find it hard to concentrate

my diet all over the place

also eat for comfort

that also helps put weight on

Great that you walk 2/3 miles everyday.

Have you thought about visiting the C25k sister forum.

I took up trotting at 74, over two years ago, and it’s just the best thing I have ever done.

If you can walk you can trot/run.
