Hello...I am a newbie just starting out on the 12 week NHS plan to lose weight...hoping to find support and to be able to be a support to others on this journey.
So far I have got a daily walk going and a skipping rope by the door.
I have never done diets or gym so getting my head round calorie counting is all new. I am thinking to work on portion size as first target. Any tips most welcome

If you prefer to go for calorie counting, my main tip would be to find the correct range for you from the NHS BMI calculator, eat in the middle/upper end of the range and see how you go.
