Well, today didn’t go as well as I planned, but better than I hoped.

I’m an emergency worker (but not front line) which means I can work a lot from home.

As a result, it‘a easy to over eat( my ‘office’ is next to the fridge) I’m definitely drinking more, and any excuse not to go to the gym!

I’ve eaten ok today, under calorie count, but have had a couple of drinks.

Tomorrow is another day! 😀

The first day is the most difficult, each day we follow plan it becomes easier 😊. I find planning definitely helps, and highly recommend the Daily Diary for meal planning

Yes tomorrow is another day and let's hope it's better. It is so easy when at home to just pick especially if next to fridge all day.

The secret to weight loss is eating enough at meal times so not hungry and snacking in-between. Also planning will help and a good tip is if you feel hungry have a glass of water first and see if that helps as brain can't differentiate between thirst and hunger.
